Lars Bolander - Man of Taste

I attended a book signing by Lars Bolander, the man of Swedish design in Manhattan.  He is quite amazing in his sense of minimalism with Swedish decor.  Specializing in projects in Palm Beach and Manhattan, he has that distinct formal touch to most Swedish decor that is usually rustic and a bit of country.

One of the great designers of furniture in Manhattan is Roman Thomas on Park Avenue.  One important piece made by the company is pictured here in the new oval office decor by Michael Smith. The coffee table made of mica and walnut.
